In order to be acceptable for publication submissions must make a new contribution to the scientific community. All submissions are processed through Crossref Similarity Check (iThenticate) to screen for plagiarism.

After revising your paper, pass it through PDF eXpress using conference ID (63907X) at the following URL: PDF eXpress. If you do not have an account, click on the link “New Users – Click here” and provide your information (email address and password).
Submit the final version of the paper (after passing it through PDF eXpress check) through the author console in CMT. Please note that you are expected to retain the original paper’s title in the final version, and the author list cannot be changed in the final manuscript. You should rename this exact file to confirm to the following naming convention:iCon-BCIHT_paperID.pdf, where paper ID is the Microsoft CMT paper id.
IMPORTANT : Ensure that all authors have registered in CMT with their correct names and contact emails.
